This document discusses hydraulic accumulator components. It describes different types of accumulators including spring loaded, gas charged, weight loaded, and hydraulically counter loaded. Spring loaded accumulators can use sealed pistons, compound springs, diaphragms, or springs with bellows. Gas charged accumulators commonly use nitrogen and can have bladder, diaphragm, sealed piston, or metal bellows designs. The accumulators store energy, stabilize pump pulsation and load shocks, and store volume under pressure for high demands.
