This document summarizes Ryan Craft's evaluation of a podcast production project. According to the summary:
- Research provided ideas and facts to argue why the Warriors will or won't win the NBA championship from different perspectives.
- Planning considered backup ideas and an in-depth look at the favorite idea to structure the script.
- Time management was an issue as the script took too much time, rushing the final product.
- Peer feedback noted the quiet audio and suggested another person's opinion, which the creator disagreed with since both sides were already argued.
- The creator agreed the audio was too quiet and would add more detail or focus on two teams in the future.

He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

3. Research
• The research gave me an idea of what I could talk about.
• Gave me facts that I could use such as ‘the warriors have 4 former all
stars’.
• It gave me the idea to give different views on why they will win, but also
why they could lose.
• The arguments also helped me think off the script.
• It also helped me to get an age group by listening to what age range the
existing products are.
4. Planning
• Helped me think of 3 different ideas in case I couldn't do one of them, if I
can't get enough research.
• Made me go in depth with my favourite idea, so I know what to put in my
script.
• I put all of my ideas down for both sides of the argument on who will
become NBA champion.
• I could of but more information about what I am going to talk about, talk
about other teams that have a chance of winning the championship.
5. Time Management
• Most of my products where done in time but the final product I think was
rushed a little bit as I was running out of time, because I spent a bit too
much time on the script.
• The initial plans was also a bit rushed for part of it as I all ready had a idea
of what I wanted to do, when I added more detail I did do some research
for it (Spent time on it)
7. Aural Qualities
• I would of liked the audio to be louder, but it
would not go louder.
• I like the intro song being to do with what I
was talking about.
• The audio it self was pretty basic but worked
pretty well.
8. Audience Appeal
The intro song appeals to the audience by showing what the
podcast will be about. The discussion is a well talked problem as
there are different teams that could win the championship, most
don’t think the Celtics will, therefore it will appeal audience as
they will want to hear my reasoning for it.
10. Feedback 1
• What did you like about the product?
– It was a well composed argument with a variety of
reasons.
• What improvements could have been made to
the product?
– Make the audio louder, as it is hard to hear.
11. Feedback 2
• What did you like about the product?
– It easy to understand what the topic of the
podcast is.
• What improvements could have been made to
the product?
– There could of been another persons opinion.
12. Feedback 3
• What did you like about the product?
– The intro song really shows what your product is
about.
• What improvements could have been made to
the product?
– The audio is hard to hear so the volume could
have been louder.
13. Peer Feedback Summary
• What do you agree with from your peer
feedback?
– The audio is too quiet when you listen to it
• What do you disagree with from your peer
feedback?
– There should not of been someone else, as I
provide both sides of the argument using research
and what some of my friends think as well.
14. Peer Feedback Summary
I would make my audio louder and add a bit
more detail based on different peoples opinion,
or base it all on just 2 teams with more detail.
