3. Research
• The research helped me chose the right elements for my game, like the
colour scheme, gave me an idea of how to do my game, also gave me an
idea of how to make the cars of my game, also the mechanics of how the
cars works and lastly the age range and gender of the audience that plays
that type of game.
4. Planning
• Planning allowed me to order which parts of my game I made first without
getting mixed up which would have made it more difficult.
• I could have planned better do it faster inside or outside college
5. Time Management
• I think I did indeed manage my time pretty well, I finished my game within
time, the timeline was the most time consuming because it took time to
make like 100 frames and move the cars little by little and make other
layers appear and disappear, I could have made it probably faster by
planning better or more inside college or outside
6. Technical Qualities
Both are car racing games, both are 2
dimensional, both are about cars racing on a
map, both have pedals to accelerate the car,
both have backgrounds
Mine has a boost given to the car with a boost
bottle meter, the other one has coins for the
cars to collect, mine has a different background
than the other games one, the cars are
different from the other game than the ones
from my game
7. Aesthetic Qualities
It does look quite good, yes, it was inspired by
another game but still has its own originality, I like
the boost effect on the players car and the pedals
showing how the car is accelerating and braking, I
would improve the sharpness and smoothness of the
video, I could make the movement of the cars
smoother making more layers In the timeline and
making more detailed pixelated objects, my strength
is in the drawing part but my weakness is the
timeline frame by frame and the moving of the
objects
In my game there's 2 cars racing
each other to the other end and
there's 2 pedals so that the
player is able to accelerate and
brake the car and there also a
boost bottle to see how much
of it you have left
In my app logo there's a car on
a ramp about to jump
8. Audience Appeal
I've appealed to my audience because it looks fun for people, it has good looking cars,
features and mechanics like the boost and the ramp, it also has bright vivid colours that
look friendly, it also appeals people because it has the competitive side which also
makes games fun

• What do you agree with from your peer
feedback? I agree the colours and motion are
good and I also agree that it could be longer
and that I could improve the way the cars
move
• What do you disagree with from your peer
feedback? nothing
14. Peer Feedback Summary
i would make it longer because they said it was good but a bit too short, they
would enjoy it more and play it
They also said how the cars move isn’t exactly realistic but it doesn’t bother them,
I could change that too, it would make the game more appealing to play
