Being able to catch up with the new normal education could be a lot of hard work but we must be able to adopt and be flexible to the new learnings. Also, being
innovative in this time of pandemic where resources could be very limited should also be of importance.

This shall be accomplished/updated during: i) Phase I: Performance Planning and Commitment, based on the results of e-SAT; ii) Phase II: Performance Monitoring and Coaching, based on the agreements on the Performance Monitoring and Coaching Form and Mid-year Review
Form; and iii) Phase IV: Performance Rewarding and Development Planning, based on the actual results of IPCRF.

Year Round Technical Assistance by Master Teachers, LAC Sessions, Webinars, Seminars B. Core Behavioral Competencies (from Part III of e-SAT) 2. Professionalism and Ethics 6. Innovation To produce outcomes with the use of indigenous materials and demonstrate resourcefulness with the use of available materials but with high-standards accomplishments. Technical assistance from different master teachers as curriculum experts. Engaging in different activities that will enhance knowledge on environmental protection as well as webinars and seminars on resourcefulness. Year Round Technical Assistance by Master Teachers, LAC Sessions, Webinars, Seminars Feedback Being able to catch up with the new normal education could be a lot of hard work but we must be able to adopt and be flexible to the new learnings. Also, being innovative in this time of pandemic where resources could be very limited should also be of importance. RATEE RATER APPROVING AUTHORITY NOTE: This shall be accomplished/updated during: i) Phase I: Performance Planning and Commitment, based on the results of e-SAT; ii) Phase II: Performance Monitoring and Coaching, based on the agreements on the Performance Monitoring and Coaching Form and Mid-year Review Form; and iii) Phase IV: Performance Rewarding and Development Planning, based on the actual results of IPCRF.
