This document outlines an educator's individual performance commitment and review form (IPCRF) which includes: 1. Strengths, development needs, and an action plan with timeline and resources needed to improve the educator's functional competencies like applying teaching strategies to develop critical thinking and ensuring positive use of ICT. 2. Learning objectives, interventions, and timelines to develop core behavioral competencies like undertaking personal actions congruent with organizational goals and delivering error-free outputs. 3. The IPCRF will be accomplished during performance planning, monitoring, and rewarding to develop the educator's skills through seminars, webinars, and academic pursuits.
