This document outlines an IPCRF development plan with objectives, interventions, timelines, and resources needed. The plan contains 3 sections: 1) Functional competencies with 4 objectives related to content knowledge, use of ICT, learner-centered strategies, and use of teaching resources; 2) Core behavioral competencies focusing on professionalism, results, teamwork, and self-management; 3) Signatures of ratee, rater and approving authority. Objectives will be achieved through activities like workshops, seminars, use of technology. The timeline is for a whole year with resources including internet access, laptops, and audiovisual equipment.
