Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If so, discuss it here – The podcast will be about urban legends Audience: Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc Why would your project appeal to this person? 16-18+, all genders, all social status’ but will more likely attract middle/lower class as they are more aware of urban legends. Legal & Ethical Considerations: Think about any offensive material you will include? Mild language Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? Below 16’s can watch with their parents’ permission. Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? Maybe if they don’t believe in urban legends. How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? Warn people on triggering subjects beforehand. Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? Made the logo myself so I’d hope not. Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright infringement? Yes.
