This proposal is for a podcast called PodBlast aimed at 14-25 year olds of both genders from middle class backgrounds. The podcast will discuss new products that have come out, giving the creator's opinions on them and possibly including funny stories. It will focus on content related to technology and entertainment. Some offensive language like swear words may be included but will not be the focus. The creator believes discussing existing products and including some of their characters, names or logos would fall under fair use and not risk legal issues as long as it is for commentary. Any music used will be created by the podcaster.

Audience: 14-25, Both Genders, Blonger's who are Middle class. It will be aimed at them
because its the age range of the people who on average listen to podcasts the most. Both
men and women listen to them in their every day lives. It will be targeted towards Belongers
because its made for long time fans of related content. And it will be free but will require
technology and an internet connection to access it. The Grade B middle class would be a
good target as they are the largest audience with access to internet and lots of technology

Why would your project appeal to this person?
Legal & Ethical Considerations: it might contain offensive material such as swear words but I
doubt its going to come up often so I dont think it will require restricting the audience. It will
not offend any social, religious or ethnicity groups as it has nothing to do with them. I wont
make sure it wont offend anyone because I want to tell my opinions and stories how they are
and not cloud them by trying to censor anything that over sensitive people could find
offensive. When im talking about new things that have came out I will be talking about their
characters, names and maybe logos. But this will all fall under fair use as Im giving my
opinion and there is no legal grounds to be sued. Any sound effects I use will be royalty free
or under 30 seconds so fair use will apply so I cant get sued. Any music I use will be made by
me and wont have risk of being sued or copyrighted
