This proposal outlines a film magazine called "Either Follow or My Life" that will entertain readers through colorful, descriptive storytelling. The magazine will follow a woman in New York City pursuing a career and love. It will appeal to a psychographic type A audience ages 16 and up of any gender or social status by connecting with or intriguing them. To avoid offense, the magazine will exclude inappropriate material and be accessible only to those 16 and over. It will not infringe on existing intellectual property by being sufficiently different and solely the creator's original work.

Entertainment, I will achieve this by making it colourful also descriptive so people have things to

My product is based in a city (New York) with a women trying to find what she wants to do as a job
and finding someone to love.
I would put a background for the magazine of a city maybe with someone in it or just an image of a
city and maybe add what she wants to do when she’s in the city.

Audience:
16 and upwards, both genders, any social status, psychographic is type A.
This product will appeal to this audience because they might have a connection or just like the
thought of it and may enjoy it by what it says.

Think about any offensive material you will include? No it will have not offensive material included.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? The age is 16 so below that age wot be able to
access.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? It won’t offend any social
groups/religions/ethnicities.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? By not lying about my product so when people
receive it they will get what they knew about it.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? No not using any of them all my
work.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? My product will be different from existing products.
