This proposal is for a football podcast called "Harry's Podcast" that aims to both entertain and educate listeners aged 16 and older. The podcast will discuss football and its culture on a weekly basis to provide continually fresh content. It will have an educational and entertaining tone. The target audience is primarily male, as men tend to enjoy football more than women. The podcast will avoid offensive or controversial topics like terrorism to prevent backlash. Any included music or sound effects will be copyright free to eliminate legal risks.

My content will be about football and it’s culture, which is content, which is hard get bored of, since
it’s not repetitive and it’s continual, since there’s multiple different games in every week, therefore I
won’t be able to stop talking about contents, since it doesn’t run out. Overall, my content will be
educational and entertaining.

Audience: My audience is quite a mature podcast, so people who are 16 and older can only
watch it. The main gender that will watch my podcast will male because men usually tend to
watch football more than women because they enjoy that sport more.

I will try to not to be offensive in my podcast by not mentioning any terrorist events or disasters.

Add an age restriction to it so that people know the required age to watch it.

No, I don’t think so because I won’t risk being controversial, since that could get me in trouble.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
Try and be careful with my words and overall podcast.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?
No, everything will be legal, since it will be my own podcast that will use legal material.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement?
Yes because if I use any music and/or sound effects, it will copyright free because it don’t want the
risk of getting sued.
