This proposal is for an animated ident for a new TV show called "Back in a Flash" that will entertain people with a new superhero character. The ident will feature a logo with the show's name in moving text against a black background to look like it is in space. There will be whooshing sound effects and dramatic music to create tension. The target audience is males ages 14-28 who want to seem successful. The ident will appeal to people of all classes and ages by being appropriate for all viewers with no offensive, racist, or inappropriate content. Copyright issues will be avoided by making any referenced images sufficiently different in the final product.

To entertain people with a new character and inform people about Back in a Flash which is going
to be a new TV programme about a new Superhero.

Content
There will be a logo which will be a bit of text saying what the show is called. It will have a black
background to make it stand out and look like it’s in space. The text will move across the screen
and it will start off small, get bigger and then smaller. There will be sound effects of whooshing and
a bit of dramatic music to create a tense effect.

Audience:
My audience will be males between 14-28 years old. – This group are emulators. They want to
be/appear like an Achiever to attract the opposite sex or the approval of their peers.
- They respond to messages about making them seem more successful and becoming Achievers.
The product appeals to all types of classes; middle, upper, lower-middle and working class
because they’ll be interested in it because my product will be in everyone’s fan range.
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc

Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include?
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? No, there will be no restrictions for younger
viewers because I will make it so that is appropriate for all ages.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will make sure all content is family-friendly
content with no racist jokes, no inappropriate comments because that would offend people.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? I am not using characters, names
or logos of existing products because my product is my own work.
Will your product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? When I was doing my research, I saw images that I may consider using or copying
but editing them to make them my own so I don’t get sued for copyright.
