To make sure that my product will appeal to this age range I am using my research to make sure that I understand what 16-20yr olds are wearing and are more drawn towards. Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc Why would your project appeal to this person? Legal & Ethical Considerations: Think about any offensive material you will include? I will not include any offensive material in my magazine. Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? I will not need to restrict any ages as it will not be inappropriate. Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? It will not. How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will use any offensive pictures/language in my magazine. Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? No Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright infringement? Yes I will ensure that my product is different and not too similar to ensure I do not get sued for copyright.
