This proposal is for a fashion magazine called VISION aimed at male and female audiences aged 16-20 from wealthy backgrounds. The magazine will feature pictures and prices of clothing items as well as articles about celebrity fashion to advertise clothes for sale. It will appeal to its target audience through research into the styles popular among 16-20 year olds. The magazine will not include any offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content to avoid legal issues.

In my magazine I will put pictures and prices of the items of clothes and will write about different
celebrities that wear these types of clothes to make the audience more likely to buy it.

Audience:
My audience is male and females aged 16-20yrs old that have a wealthy upbringing as the clothes
will be more on the expensive side. To make sure that my product will appeal to this age range I
am using my research to make sure that I understand what 16-20yr olds are wearing and are more
drawn towards.

Think about any offensive material you will include? I will not include any offensive material in my
magazine.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? I will not need to restrict any ages as it will not
be inappropriate.

How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will use any offensive pictures/language in my
magazine.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? No
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? Yes I will ensure that my product is different and not too similar to ensure I do not
get sued for copyright.
