What sort of product is it Content: my fan based podcast will be about a tv show, called ‘pretty little lairs’. I shall be talking about what I think is good about every season I have seen upto now and what I think is going to happen next. What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If so, discuss it here Audience: 12-25 year olds, young girls/young women will be most of my audience. The social status is ‘rank or position’ as it’s a high status audience. The psychographic is balanced. My project will appeal to this audience as they all fit in to my ideal viewers. Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc Why would your project appeal to this person? Legal & Ethical Considerations: Think about any offensive material you will include? The wont be offensive material in my project. Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? No but I feel as that if any younger than 12 they wouldn’t understand it, cause they won’t understand the program. Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No I won’t and I will make sure of that before I place it out to the audience How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will know it won because I’m only talking about the program and nothing else. Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? No they will be all my ideas. Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright infringement? Yes it will be completely different to existing products so I won’t get sued for copyright.
