2. Nurse Hygiene
Hygiene is the practice of keeping yourself and
your surroundings clean, especially in order to
prevent illness or the spread of diseases.
Hand hygiene is the single most effective way
to prevent infection.

•Gloves: protects your hands from germs and helps reduce
the spread of germs.
•Masks: cover your mouth and nose.
•Eye protection(goggles): protect your eyes.
•Clothing: includes gowns, aprons, head covering, and shoe
