- 2. Existing Products This podcast is similar to mine. This is because this particular podcaster does regular shows about albums and live performances. This podcast is pretty straight forward with no special effects except slight reverb on the voice just to make the voice more interesting for the audience to watch. The language the podcaster used was formal but informal at the time. Existing Products This product Is similar to mine because it talks about kanye West’s new album and the even that will be featured in my podcast will also contain information about the album that the bands set to show the audience a sneak preview. In the podcast the podcaster uses special effects in order to add entertainment to the podcast. Again the podcaster uses both formal and informal language in order for the audience to feel like he knows what he’s talking about , but also informal so that the audience can be entertained. This podcaster had a big following because he know to be brutally honest . He is known for having a big opinion and it’s not always a nice one. - 4. Existing Products this podcast is slightly different from the previous two because the podcast more about playing music than reviewing music. The podcast is similar to mine because I will be using music to show my audience the type of music I listen too and to also give them a feel of what the live performance might have been like. In the pod casts they don’t use voice effects unless singing. They don’t talk a lot in the podcasts, its more music, sometimes a small intro about the upcoming music. - 5. Research Analysis • What common features do the researched products have? They all revolve around music, they all use opinions to entertain the audience. They all use professional equipment when podcasting so that sound is all even through out podcast. • What aspects of the research will you include within your on work? I will include special effects in my podcast in order to keep the podcast up beet and entertaining , attracting my audience to continue listening to my podcast.

Audience Profile Category Demographic Content to appeal to this audience Age Range 16-24 I think that my podcast will appeal to this age range most of all because going to events like concerts and live event al normally done by this age range more then any other. Gender All I think that all genders will be attracted to this product because the type of music I am podcasting about doesn't have a set genre audience, it appeals to all. Psychographic Belonger I think that my podcast will appeal to this Psychographic audience because I think that my audience will be very loyal to the podcast. Social Status All I think that my podcast will appeal to all social statuses because music isn’t targeted based on social standings because that’s not how music works, it doesn’t matter what social status you have, you can’t help what type of music you like.
