about it sometimes you can here the part of
the song there talking about slowly fading in
and then they play the little snippet of the
song. After the host has finished talking
about the origin of the song they play the
song there talking about in full. After the
song has finished a person speaks very
professnial and talks about the podcast and

In this podcast there is two host. There is an intro then
some music. All of these podcast is the two presenters
just talking about stories of the artist. It then changes
to another presenter who is promoting black artist
and how you can support then through black history
month its like an advert. After the adverts they start
talking about there concerts and who they used to
work together. These podcast tend to last 30-45
minutes which I think can be a bit long and can get
boring quickly if I was to this I would include snippets
of songs we was talking about this would make the
audience if they was confused know what they were
talking about.

In the beginning there's a little jingle and the host
introduces himself he tells them about history of the
band/artists and there most famous song. The music
in the background tends to be the type of music the
artist sing and produce. The main aim in this podcast
is talking about how to make an album and how
much work goes into it and the problems they end
up facing. they use little snippets of there songs. The
conversation just flow there is no script they just talk
and talk and the subject changes on its own. They
then talk about how they counted corona vires and
how they manged to make songs and there album
bye going on zoom and talking about why didn’t we
think about doing it sooner. The use of the
atmosphere being quite while talking to playing a
snippet of a song which makes it entertaining and
draws the listener in to see how they made it like
that.
Research Analysis
• What common features do the researched products have?
– The common feature in these podcast is the host always have special guest
and talk about an individual song or album
– They also include snippets of the artist/band songs
– It also seems like that non of them are scripted and the conversations just flow
and the subject just changes on its own
– All of these podcast all have people who introduce themselves then followed
bye a jingle
• What aspects of the research will you include within your on work?
– I will include and introduction of me and my guest then play a little jingle
before starting the first segment
– I will try do it so the convo will just flow with no script but will have a thing
that tells you where we should be in the podcast at that certain time in the
podcast
– I will also use snippets of songs which I will add while editing to show the
listener what sort of song we are talking about
