9. Mood Board Analysis
Is there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated colours/images
styles/fonts/tone/mood
• Yes there is a repeated image of the character designs, the character designs I have added are
playable and I have added enemies. I have inserted images of character designs because those are
the sort of designs I want to put onto my product. I have also included background designs of
Christmas, Halloween, and an ordinary background. I have added these 3 background designs
because for each level I will include these background designs. I have included coins that I will be
using for my product, I have also included a star coin and for my product a star coin will include the
most coins. The one last duplicated image that I have selected is the blocks, in my opinions blocks is
the most important part for a platform game because that is where the characters walk/jump/run,
also the coins and enemies stand on the blocks.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
• My mood board will influence my final product by how there are 15 images that has enough details
for my final product. I have included images such as: Blocks, coins, character designs, enemy
designs, background design and more. I have added all these most important designs because it
shows you how the game will work. The game will start of with the character and it will show you a
character standing on a block, there will also be a block for the character to jump on. There will be
enemies to defeat and once you’ve defeated the enemies, the character has to jump onto a block to
get to the next level.
