3. Process
This is the working title of the
‘Front Cover’ of my magazine.
I have been experimenting with
different types of colours for the
text and the background of my
product.
Proposal
4. Process
I have chosen a ‘DVD’ as
my winning product for the
‘Front Cover’ of my project.
I have added colour to the
text of the price tag, so that
it highlights my winning
product.
Proposal
5. Process
My ‘Film Magazine’ is
based on superheroes.
I have added different
varieties of superhero
images and symbols from
different types of movies.
Proposal
6. Process
I have added upcoming
releases of movies/series to
be released.
There are different types of
font to the text (Sharp
text).
The variety of colours to
the text make my product
distinctive
and complement the
background.
7. Process
This is the final design for
the ‘Front Cover of my
magazine.
I have reviewed my
planning document to see
if there is anything else
that needs to be included.
When reviewing my
schedule sheet and
research document, I
ensured that I managed my
time well to make any
additions or corrections to
my product.
9. Process
I have started to create my
‘Double Page Spread’, I
have added a title and a
slogan, that relates to my
product.
I have experimented with
different types of colours,
and decided to use a
brown and black
background, as these
colours would complement
the white text.
10. Process
On the top right of my
‘Double Page Spread’, I
have added an image of a
scene and a behind the
scene image from ‘The
Batman’ movie.
There is a white border
surrounding these images
with bat symbols, as this
frames the image perfectly
with the topic of my ‘Film
Magazine’.
11. Process
Here is a description that I
have added, talking about
the new ‘Batman’ movie.
I have made the text
small and bold, against a
brown background to make
the product visually
appealing to my target
audience.
12. Process
This is the main image of
my ‘Double Page Spread’.
I used this image as it
is striking and dramatic. It
depicts the main character
of the movie, that I am
doing a review about.
The brown and black
background ensures that
the figure stands out for
maximum dramatic effect.
13. Process
This the final design for my
‘Double Page Spread’.
I improved on the layout by
changing and improving the
layout with different colours,
images and fonts.
Here is an existing double
page spread that I have
been using to create my
product.
I have looked at how this
‘Film Magazine’ is laid out
and the fonts that they use
for the: Header, subheading
and the description.
