touchdowns, to help ENMU pull away.
Ben Arbuckle, West Texas A&M University, came
into the game Saturday and helped spark a Buļ¬alo
rally which came up short as he went 18 of 32 for a
career-best 354 yards along with a career-high four
touchdown passes and two intercep ons as the
Buļ¬s almost rallied from a 30-7 hal ime deļ¬cit for
a 51-34 loss against Texas A&M-Kingsville. The four
touchdown passes were a season-high for the Buļ¬s
as well. It was just the second game Arbuckle has
played as he went 1 for 2 with a touchdown at UT
Permian Basin on Sept. 19.
Javia Hall, Western New Mexico, did all he could
to try and bring the Mustangs back against Tarleton
State as he completed 32-45 for 447 yards and four
touchdowns. He found seven diļ¬erent receivers and
two went for over 100 yards in Treydonte Hill (122)
and Henry Norman (110). Hall completed four passes
that went for at least 33 yards hi ng Raeshawn Lee
for a 33-yard TD, DeAndre Williams for a 37-yard TD
connec on, Norman for 46 and a long 65-yard TD
to Hill. A er star ng slow with a 59-yard passing
performance to being the year, Hall has now thrown
for at least 200 yards in every game, pos ng his

everywhere on the ļ¬eld with a game-high 14 tackles,
with six coming solo and a half tackle for loss. The
next closest on the team had seven stops. He had a
pair of defensive sequences in which he had three
tackles on the drive. Since the game versus UT
Permian Basin when he tallied 11 tackles, he has
had double-digits since in the past three games with
11 against Midwestern State and the 14 against the
Texans.

Dariet McDuļ¬, Tarleton State University, stepped
up in a big way for the Texan defense and, in addi on
to being a force in the interior line, came up with two
of the biggest plays of the night to seal the win for
Tarleton. With the Texans up by three, Western New
Mexico took over on the gameās ļ¬nal possession at
their own 23 yard line. The Mustangs completed a
10-yard pass on the ļ¬rst play of the ļ¬nal drive before
McDuļ¬ took over. The Tarleton sophomore negated
that play by sacking QB Javia Hall for an 11-yard loss
and forcing the Mustangs to spike the ball with just
six seconds remaining. On the gameās ļ¬nal play, Hall
completed an eight-yard pass that was immediately
pitched backward in an a empt to break a long game-
winning play before McDuļ¬ came charging in to make
the gameās ļ¬nal tackle and jar the ball loose to seal
the game for the Texans. McDuļ¬ ļ¬nished the game
with seven tackles, including 1.5 for a loss, and a
career high 2.5 sacks. He also forced the game-ending
fumble on the gameās last play, deļ¬ected a pass from
the line, and had one QB hurry. McDuļ¬ anchored
the Tarleton run defense that held the Mustangs to
just 68 rushing yards, which is the fewest amount of
rushing yards allowed by the Texans since Oct. 19,
2013.
Cory Harris, Eastern New Mexico University, was
a disrup ve force in the Greyhounds 34-3 win at UT
Permian Basin. His play helped Eastern limit UTPB
to just 208 yards of oļ¬ense, the fewest given up by
ENMU since the 2013 season. In addi on to sacks on
third and fourth down plays, he recovered a fumble at
the Greyhound two-yard line to preserve a 10-3 lead
in the third quarter.

touchbacks Saturday as he didnāt a empt a ļ¬eld goal
in the game and went a perfect 4 for 4 in extra-points

goals, including a 43-yarder... He made ļ¬eld goals of
31, 19, 43, & 21 yards... He also connected a PAT... He
leads the LSC in kicking points per game.
Kuziah Ferebee, Texas A&M University - Kingsville,
despite returning a 70-yard INT for a touchdown,
made his presence felt on WTās ļ¬rst punt of the
game, blocking the a empt, pu ng the Javelinas on
the home-36 to begin their drive... Ferebee has now
