3. As everyone is 16-17 I will aim this magazine towards that age category by involving
this group within the magazine e.g. completions and interviews
4. As there is 60% Males then I will tailor this magazine towards the male group,
for example colour schemes will be darker colours and more male artists will
be used.
5. As there is 50% for both Hip Hop Daily and Beats by Dolan I will do a further survey
on just these two titles and then use the more popular on my front cover as they
title of the magazine giving it brand identity.
6. The artists my audience stated they wanted to see is ‘Ol’ Dirty Bastard’ on
70% of the votes therefore I will include him in my first issues interview on
my Double page spread.
7. As 60% of the people I researched suggested the magazine
being priced at £1.00-£2.00 then I will price this as a
monthly magazine as it proves a struggle for some if the
price was higher than most have stated.
8. The votes for the colour scheme seemed to be mixed, which therefore made me
make my own decision off keeping the colour scheme to my own idea which was
to link it to my magazine of inspiration e.g. XXL
9. 50% of my audience voted for a monthly issue to rather than
often, therefore I will release monthly issues to support the
readers financially and also to reach a higher standard of magazine
with more time to retrieve artists and edit the magazine.
10. This was an equal vote for the audience and they seem to wish equally for a
type of language of which will be best suited for the magazine, therefore I
have chosen to go for informal as it relates more effectively to the hip hop
community.
11. Exclusive interviews was voted the highest out of the features the audience
want to see, therefore one will be included in the first issue.
12. 80% of the voters wanted a £15 iTunes Voucher as a prize for a competition
therefore I will include this prize within the first issues competition.
