Duties And Responsibilities
 Data & records entry, editing, management & reconciliation.
 Responsible for ensuring all accounts opened are compliant with the Customer Due
Diligence (CDD) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures thus safeguarding
the bank against any possible fraud.
 Verifying if the data input is correct as per the set procedures and standards of the
bank.
 Handling of customer/spoke countries branch/departments personnel queries within
the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and advising accordingly.
 Preparing of production reports and projections.
 Preparation of training materials and carrying out of trainings for the new joiners
within the unit.
 Evaluating and identifying key risk areas in the processes and advise on a way of
creating risk conscious environment and mitigations.
 System testing and analysis (UAT & UVT).
