Data & records entry, editing, management & reconciliation.
Responsible for ensuring all accounts opened are compliant with the Customer Due
Diligence (CDD) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures thus safeguarding
the bank against any possible fraud.
Verifying if the data input is correct as per the set procedures and standards of the
bank.
Handling of customer/spoke countries branch/departments personnel queries within
the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and advising accordingly.
