For my products I am going to create a music magazine , an album cover and an
interview. I am choosing to do this as I have previous experience with making
an album cover as well as a magazine. I am also very familiar with the software
which I will use to create these products. Programs such as adobe premier and
Photoshop are what I am use to due to previous projects during the year.

I am going to most likely use red or a different shade as I feel
that it stands out. I also feel that colors especially lighter reds
are frequently used on album covers. I will also probably use
red on my game due to it making the character stand out.
Finally I will use red when making a shoe design or possibly a
t-shirt as it is quite unique to them products. However red has
connotations of danger this is a large part of rap , by this I
mean that most rappers try to look
I am going to use blue on most of my music project If I do
that. I will use this in font as well as darker blue in my
album cover , this is because a lot of albums contain this
color somewhere. For example in Drakes recent album
covers he as either included blue font or a blue
background. Also Blue has conotations of proud , masculin
and peacefull which is what most people want to be.

Is there any repetition in the images you have collected?
Repeated colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood
• There is quite a lot of repetition with the colour black. This is because this colour is
very popular in clothes and magazines. There is also a lot of repetition with the
colour grey or silver within the gaming and fashion magazines . I think this is
because most colours stand out on this background. Finally there is a lot of
repetition of the poses and the pictures on the magazine , this is because they are
all positioned in the middle and especially in the fashion magazines and the music
magazines there are similar poses.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
My mood board will influence my final products as I will create similar products to
these. Also in my mood board I will try to add similar colours as well as similar designs
, I will also try to include similar poses in my magazine as that is one of the
conventions for a fashion and potentially a music magazine. Finally I will include

Current Idea
Concept My concept is to create a good looking product which looks professional. I am also
aiming to create a product which will entertain the audience. I will also be looking
especially in my interview to entertain the audience and educate them about that
specific artist. Finally I will try and create something which is also unique however
still apply the conventions.

The first product I will make is going to be an album cover as I have experience in
making one. Then I am going to create a music magazine cover , this is because I
have had a lot of fun attempting and creating covers in the past. Finally I am going to
create an interview between me and a fake artist. I am going to do an interview as I
feel that I can create a good and entertaining video.

need to make

To make these products I will need to take pictures of the artist , therefore I will need
a camera which I could potentially borrow of my friend or could borrow from college.
I will also need to take the pictures in a good destination so I might need to get the
bus. I will also need to edit these pictures for my magazine and my album cover
therefore I will need the software which is on my laptop at home and on the college
computers. Finally I will need a studio or a clean are to record my interview.
Audience My target audience is specifically male this is because I feel that there is a wider
audience for men who like rap music. My age range is 16-19 as these are similar ages
to some rappers as well as people seem to go to music festivals and concerts at that
sort of age range.

project
Game
For this I was going to create a game , a
magazine and a was going to do either and
interview or a review of specific games.
the reason for not creating this is because I
didn’t enjoy making the game in a past
project , this may have been due to the
difficulty of moving the characters. I also
don’t know about that many games except
the main ones therefore it will be quite hard
to write a large text based review or
magazine.
Fashion
For this I was going to create a fashion
magazine similar to GQ . I was also going to
include a shoe design similar to other
hyped trainers out there. Finally I was going
to include a high end custom t-shirt.
• I didn’t choose to do this because I did
not have any ideas on making a t-shirt or
any shoes. Also I would have made a logo
and I didn’t have any possible ideas
coming to me.
