Is there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated colours/images
styles/fonts/tone/mood
• in my mood board there is some repetition. With the video game design they have the
same colour scheme. Also for every topic I did most of the images were the same type
of style. In my mood board I have added pictures that associate with the colour blue.
The colour blue has connotations with night life. I made it blue because this is the usual
time you would go and view a band. Most of the images that are in my mood board
have started with a background then they have made sure they have a good looking
background before they add the main image. Most of the images that are in my mood
board have very limited colour. They all have 2-3 colours to keep the design simple and
not too over the top. The designs of the images have simple and then this makes the
images stand out well.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
• My mood board will influence my product because I will be able to look back at it and
get some design ideas from the images. Also another way it will influence my final
product is that I will get a good idea of what existing product look like.

6. Informal Proposal
Current Idea
Concept The concept of my current idea is to create a rock band. I will be designing a whole
new rebrand for them. I will try to promote everything as much as I can. To do this I
will have to put all their tour dates on a poster and also for the merchandise I will but
the tour dates onto the back of the t-shirt.

• The idea is to create a Logo, Poster to promote them, T-shirt design to purchase
and a CD cover and disk for their first songs.
What you will
need to make
them
To make all of my products I will need to use photoshop CC 2017. This will be used to
create pretty much every product that I make. I will also need the internet so that I
can get a few design ideas then can inspire me to create a well put together rebrand.
Audience The audience that I will be targeting will be age ranged from 16-19. this is because I
think this age range will be interested in the work that I am going to create. Some
older people might be interested in the CD cover for the bands.

project
Game • I do not want to do this project because
a game would not fit in with a rock band.
I do not think that anyone would want to
play a game that is to do with the music.
If I was planning on creating further
designs to the band then I would
definitely add a game for the younger
audience.
Video • I didn’t want to do a video because I
have already done a video in an earlier
project so I wanted to try something
else. Also if I did a video I would be
limited to the location to go out and film
the video.
