Is there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood
• Yes there is a repetition in the images I have chosen. The images I have I chosen for example with the magazine
images they all have similarities in them by the colours, they have bright colours like pink, blue and purple
which brings creativity to them making them happy rather than having dark colours that could change the
mood towards them magazines. The style to all the magazines are laid out with the model in front of the name
of the magazine they have done this because the name is well known so they don't need to make it stand out
as you would if the magazine wasn’t well known.
• The cd cover have some similarities by the colours again with the different pinks making it look girly also
because its pink which is a bright colour it brings character to it rather than It being a dull colour making the
mood change towards that image. The cd cover with the cd image on the front is a very simple design however
its different compared to the other ones as they usually have a singer/band on the cover like the other image I
have with the singer in the middle, the style is a pink background then has the singer in the middle then the
name of the album above her. Where the other one just has the name of the album on it making it different to
the other ones which is what I like about t.
• With the tour posters they are similar with where the tour dates are which are at the bottom of the page.
However they’re different with the colours specially the ones with the blues which is on the magazine called
AURORA. It’s very different compared to the other images I have chosen this because I liked the style of it more
than the colours that were chosen where with the other one the style is what I would prefer to go with because
of the colours as the other 2 products that I have chosen to do which are the magazine and the cd cover, I
would like them to be different tones of pinks so I want to carry on with that colour but I also prefer the style as
its got a minimalist look to it. I do also like the look where the girl is looking away with it looking like theres
clouds in her hair the poster has a superimposition look to it. However if I find that specific thing too hard I
could change it to look different with a different pattern ect.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
• My mood board will influence my final product because I have collected images that I would like to pick ideas
from so it will make me look back on my work a lot, which will help if I get stuck or forget what I am wanting to
achieve. Also I am wanting to have the look for my 3 products to look creative and by doing this, me looking
back to my mood board will help me get that by the images that I’ve chosen.

7. Informal Proposal
Current Idea
Concept My products are going to be a magazine cover, tour poster and a Cd cover with pastel colours,
mainly pinks and yellows. My products are going to be about music so I’m wanting the singer to be
on most of the products to make her stand out to the audience. I am also wanting it to be all social
status based so everyone will enjoy my products also so it wont offend anyone if it’s one sided in
gender.
Type of products
you would make
The types of products I will be making are a magazine with the singer on the front cover with her
name on it and the name of the magazine at the top which will be a popular one as I want the
singer to be well known. Tour poster of the dates when she goes on tour so all her fans know when
to see her. Also will be doing a cd cover with her name on it along with her on the cover too.

need to make

What I will need to make them with is Photoshop, I will need this to do most of my editing for the 3
products so I can delete things I may not need or add more to it to make it look more like them
products. Doing this it will make it fit in with the other products that already exist. I feel that doing
this it will be social status safe along with psychographic so it wont offend anyone in any society so
everyone will be interested in my products and not be offended by anything.
Audience My audience is going to be teenagers and young adults between 16-19 as the singer is around that
age which will influence that particular age group to listen. I feel that it might attract this age as
the singer is going to be similar age. However I feel that older people will enjoy as well as the
singers songs are friendly to the audience, how it doesn’t have any offensive material in the songs
so most people will enjoy the songs. The gender will be mostly girls as the singer will be a female,
however males might as well like the songs as anyone can listen to them. Just like I said with the bit
earlier it will hopefully not offend anyone as it wont have any offensive material and because the
singer is a female doesn’t mean that males will not enjoy the music as well.

project
Fashion • I didn’t choose this project because I
found that because in my other project
I’ve done in the past I’ve already done a
fashion magazine so I thought I would
change it up what I would do as I’ve
done it before. I also wanting something
a little bit challenging as I have already
done it and knew what I would do in the
project.
Makeup • The reason I didn’t choose makeup was
because I felt that it was going to be
harder, as I would have had to find a
good makeup product to then be able to
write enough information on about it. I
would also have made sure the brand
name wasn’t in it as it will be using an
existing product which might of offended
some people.
