owner, for the significance review of the existing main structure located at 207
Abiso and compatibility review of the proposed design in order to demolish 100%
of the existing residence and construct a new single-family residence

The property is zoned SF-B and is located on north side of Abiso between Arbutus and Columbine.
POLICY ANALYSIS
Staff did not identify any historical or architectural significance of the structure.

meeting. They

presented with a request to verify the height of the chimney is within code.
