Request of La Pila Ventures, owner, for the compatibility review of the proposed
main structure located at 859 Estes Ave in order to construct a new single-family
residence with accessory structure under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860
(April 12, 2010).
DATE: October 09, 2023
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The property is zoned SF-A (Single Family District A) and is located on the north side of Estes
Ave between Acacia and Cambridge Oval.
The ARB conducted the significance review and demolition was approved by City Council
recently on May 08, 2023.
