Request of Jack Dabney of Dabney Homes, owner, for the significance review of the
existing main structure located at 227 Rosemary in order to demolish the existing single-
family residence and accessory structures.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The property is zoned SF-A and is located on the northeast corner of Rosemary Avenue and
Buttercup Drive.
POLICY ANALYSIS
The existing structure was built around 1940. Staff found no historical or architectural significance
to the structure.
The Architectural Review Board heard the case at their June 15th
meeting. They found no
significance and recommend approval of the demolition.
FISCAL IMPACT
No projected fiscal impact from this project has been calculated.
