SUBJECT: Case No. 827F – 218 Normandy
Request of David R. Youngquist of Cobblestone Investments, applicant, representing
Rachel Kenney, owner, for the significance review of the existing main structure located
at 218 Normandy in order to demolish 100% of the existing residence and accessory
structures.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The property is zoned SF-B and is located on the south side of Normandy between Arbutus and
Columbine.
POLICY ANALYSIS
Staff found no historical or architectural significance of the structures.
The case was reviewed at the February 22nd
special meeting of the Architectural Review Board
(ARB). ARB found no significance to the existing structure and recommended approval of the
demolition.
FISCAL IMPACT
No projected fiscal impact from this project has been calculated.
