OBJECTIVE
To obtain a management position related to my line of specialization. I have more than 11 years
of experience in management, retail, operations and logistics.
I am responsible for eight branches and two more branches will open end of 2016
Involved in setting the critical path for the opening of two outlets for Patchi in Doha, elaborated
and followed up on the execution of the construction process (As built drawings), electro
mechanical, equipment’s, POS system and fire alarm system.

Director of Operations & Logistics at Patchi (Qatar)
 Reporting to the chief operating officer of the day to day operations of the divisions.
 Ensuring that all financial targets are met with regards to Revenue.
 Managing and monitoring the operations of (eight branches and workshop) including
logistics, Transport, Maintenance department in addition to the corporate department.
 Developing the business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment
of company sales goals and profitability
 Plan together with the top management and Setting the critical path for the preopening
new outlets.
 Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plan as needed.
 Responsible for driving sales and commerciality with commercial calendar and
on/activity sales double exposure and other sales actions and for special occasions such
as Ramadan – Adha – valentine, Christmas Etc.
 Set operational procedures and policies to maintain high standards of quality and
service and put action plans to increase efficiency.
 Overseeing production & service delivery, managing the activities of sales and
distribution departments, establishing long-term goals and objectives for the
organization
 Involved in the purchasing plans & Events, silverware gifts items souvenirs including
franchise orders.
 Direct the implantation of the stores activities with support to the marketing campaigns
and evaluation of business and article performance.
 Provide and Create SOPs, improving the operations performance and developing
incentives plan in order to increase sales and employees performance & productivity.


 Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to
measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost
reduction and program improvement.
 Manage all operating costs related to the department.
