 Take the responsibilities of Employment, benefits management and workers
compensation issues, including maintaining and updating all employees’ files, and
other personnel records.
 Work in resolving all employees’ issues and conflicts.
 Analyze benefits options and cost alternatives for providing employee benefits,
recommend benefits program modifications and implement approved benefits
modifications.
 Work with senior management to draft consistent, equitable and competitive
compensation and incentives.
