Unit Head (Senior Manager)
Spearheading the overall operations of 1 store in Kolkata and responsible for a turnover on INR 82CR with a team of 25
Managers and 250+ staff
 Providing leadership towards complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to
employees and following up on their performance
 Achieving financial objectives and managing the P&L by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures,
