Job responsibilities as a Reward analyst in Aker Solutions APAC.
Joined Aker solutions on May 5th
2015 as a Reward Analyst to support execution, maintenance, governance and
communication of rewards to different stakeholders, which include below mentioned responsibilities:
 Provide support and participate in rewards integration projects and plays an active role to support rewards
execution for all business areas
 Drive, manage and implement all aspect of C&B matter
 Produce and ensure executions of agreements, terms & conditions according to corporate and regional/country
standards
 Development of guidelines and documentation of all rewards processes
 Set up and execute Career Management Project, where the responsibility is to positioned all the roles as per
different Career bands
 Administration of salary review and variable pay processes including the distribution of relevant market data as
agreed with Corporate HR and Regional /Country HR
 Process and delivered 2015 global share purchase program in APAC Market.
 Document labour law, tax law and any other relevant law for all countries within region and support review and
compliance of practices
 Design, develop, review and continuously optimize the C&B strategies, policies and programs to achieve external
competitiveness as well as to maintain internal equity
 Participate in compensation surveys, checks the quality of survey reported data and prepare in depth analysis of

 Trained new associates as trainer on all the new processes for Canada Total compensation survey and US Health
care survey which they had to deal on day to day basis.

 In 2013, successfully released the Canada Total compensation survey reports 1 month earlier, as comparison
to last year with the largest Database ever.
