2. Roles & Responsibilities:
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT:
Maintain constant contact with the existing clients.

requisite standards for recruitment.

RECRUITMENT / RESOURCE PLANNING
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with the heads of different functional & operational areas.

Determining motivation & satisfaction levels of employees through personal interaction & surveys.
Attrition analysis- Understand and report on reasons for attrition on a regular basis.
Monitoring delivery and TAT (Turn Around Time).
Lowering the COH (Cost of Hire) for the client.
Maintained a deployable Bench in local geographies (Specifically APAC).

Intimation to Administration and Accounts of new joining.
