Job Task
Identify staff vacancies and recruiting process, interview and select applicants. Provide current and
prospective employees with information about policies, job dutie, working conditions, wages, salary
budget & manpower control, career opportunities for promotion and employee benefit management.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including briefing disciplinary procedures. Advise managers on
organization policy. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational
objectives. Serve as a link between management and employees by handing questions, interpreting and
administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems. Staff compensation, staff training
& development program, labor relations.
Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety
programs. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as
hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Prepare the yearly increment. To
handle staff activities within the policies.

dependent on the type and size of organisation. However, activities are likely to include some or all of the following:
• identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation
with business managers;
• designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs;
