Recruiter (Feb2012 – Dec 2012 (Contract)) Reports directly to General Manager Talent Acquisition  Manages entire recruitment lifecycle. Plan and execute recruitment/staffing activities in support of business group growth.  Implement short - and long term staffing activities to ensure alignment with challenging growth targets, balancing internal and external resources  To meet hiring demands and quarterly exit-numbers.  Responsible to source for suitable qualified candidates to fill position vacancies within ExxonMobil Malaysia. Sourcing of candidates is being done via direct write-ins, media, advertisements (internal and external), recruitment agencies or talent search organizations.  Ensures potential hires undergo mandatory medical check-up and background screening successfully before being hired.  Deal with vendors in executing the background check for all potential hiring.  Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.  Work with media agencies and the business line clients to develop high quality advertisements for release in the national media.
