Contact for various functions including Government Relations,
Recruitment, GOSI, Visas and Work Permits etc.
 Manage all projects related to HR, monitor the progress and ensure
smooth delivery
 Point of contact with service providers like recruiters and advertising
agencies to understand & analyze the need
 Ensure the effective implementation of basic human resource
operations like attendance records, annual leave, benefits etc., as per

 Prepare weekly and monthly reports on all human resource operations
to help the management review before submitting to CEO
 Recommend suggestions on payroll and other remuneration issues,

 Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting, policy
implementation, insurance application activities, payroll procedures,
etc.
 To manage recruitment at all levels & maintain employee relations
 To look after the company benefits scheme, company policies &
procedures
 To ensure all government relations in all matters are maintained
properly
 Prepare all types of letters requested by the staff as per the established
guidelines and time frames to ensure proper services are provided to
