Responsibilities:
 Receive all the requests from all department, checking with the signatures and its validity.
 Gather all information and qualifications regarding to this request.
 Prepare and discuss the search technique depend on the number of needed employees and their years of
experience.
 Screen and select the applied candidates through their resume and C.Vs.
 We start with a phone interview In case this vacancy needs.
 Schedule the accepted resume for interview either HR interview or Technical interview regarding to its
recruitment method and its technical department.
 Lead the candidate since the interview arranging phone call through his Tests, HR and Technical
interviews till collecting his file including HR assessment, technical assessment and English and IQ tests.
 Accepted files to be sent to Recruitment team-leader to prepare their job offer.
 With permission from Recruitment team-leader, I may interview fresh candidates.

 Responsible for preparing daily report about attending and absenting.
 Feed Computer Software program with all employees’ salaries, incentives, over-time, and all other
components about their payments.
 Make all needed researches to feed my company with all new ideas and developments.
 Do all necessary investigations in case that will correct workers behavior.
 Arrange all meetings and send the MOM to all of the meeting attendees.
 Overseeing the Development plans of the workforce needs.
