representative of GSO 
 Managing timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labour Permits 
 Processing all applications for various visit visas for guests/clients 
 Ensure and process for non-sponsored labour card & NOC for driving license of staffs 
 Assisting employees in processing & renewing visas for their dependants 
 Processing visa cancellation: coordination with the exiting staff and the GSO 
 Maintaining HR employee records by tracking employee labour contracts, visa and passport expiries and inform 
the same to the employee to prepare timely renewals
