HR Administration:
Heading all HR activities in the Office such as attendance, resources from production, over time, leave records,
salary slip, health & safety etc.
Efficiently preparing Payroll & Overtime reports from production resources
Involve in drafting and preparing the HR Employee Handbook and issue to staffs
Responsible for processing and arranging medical cards & salary accounts for staffs
Maintaining confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
Efficiently handling HR Operations, including Final Settlement
Preparing requested HR related documents by employees such as salary certificates, letter for loans,
employment certificate letters etc.
Attending all HR-related queries such as policy, procedure, rules, safety, and security

representative of GSO
Managing timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labour Permits
Processing all applications for various visit visas for guests/clients
Ensure and process for non-sponsored labour card & NOC for driving license of staffs
Assisting employees in processing & renewing visas for their dependants
Processing visa cancellation: coordination with the exiting staff and the GSO
Maintaining HR employee records by tracking employee labour contracts, visa and passport expiries and inform
the same to the employee to prepare timely renewals
Responsible for maintaining a database of all passports and residence visas and updating the database when
details change
Accountable for processing renewal of all company related licenses such as trade License, Establishment card,
PO Box etc. Renewal prior to their expiry date
Coordinating with Government Authorities to adhere to the new rules. Develop relationships with Government
Departments in order to ensure issues are resolved diligently
Ensure all License applications, official approvals and permits are followed up properly to avoid unnecessary
violations
Coordinating with different embassies in UAE to obtain business and visitor visas for staff traveling to other
countries for the purpose of business & process for the same
