HR & ADMIN Officer (June, 2012 to Nov, 2014)
Recruited to guiding the startup and management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and
programs. Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees and
develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel
records; administer benefits enrollment and administer HR budget.
Responsibilities:
• To provide administrative support to the Executive Director.
• Reporting to director on daily basis. Support management and staff in their day-to-day business
activities.
• Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and
implementation.
