Induction and Joining formalities:-
Handling responsibilities for the Pre and Post-Joining formalities.
Conducting Orientation programmes for all the new recruits and Lateral hires.

Drafted Employee-Engagement program on Project-level, to bridge the gap between new
entrants to the entire project members.
Associate Welfare, Engagement & CSR:-
Involved in designing, planning, executing engagement activities for 400+ resources.
Hands on experience on rolling out and executing Employee engagement Survey and
formulating different Interventions / Strategies
Visiting client’s place across the region to interact with resources across levels to

Managing Employee Relations through coaching, counselling & dispute resolution
Handling disciplinary cases like security breach, absconding etc.
Coordinating with helpdesk team for various employee issues and solutions.
Performance Management:-
Formulation and Execution of all process related to Performance Management activities
including Promotion, Bonus and Performance evaluation & Increment processing.
Helping managers to map employees in accordance to the Bell Curve during appraisals.
Responsible for sharing feedback and conducting disagreement discussions.
Centrally responsible along with Business & HR Heads for identifying employees who had
shown improvement in performance.
Conducting Appraiser – Appraisee workshops for the employees and communicating best
practices.
Compensation & Benefits:-
Communicating Compensation & Benefits process and changes if any to the associates
Resolving the queries of employees related to C&B
Crosschecking their attendance & coordinating with the finance & IT department for
monthly payroll system make necessary entries for new joiners, separation cases, unpaid
leave, salary advances, etc.
Exit Process:-
Conducting Exit Interviews and retention discussions to reduce attrition.
Complete end to end handling of the separation process.
In case of project short closure, processing associates profile for redeployment with other
clients by coordinating with the delivery team.
Coordinate for final settlements and clearances during the relieving period of an employee.
HR Policies, Administration and initiative:-
Preparation and Generation of standard letters like Experience Letters, Relieving Letters,
confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter,
showcase notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
Maintaining monthly reports about each client/Project on boarding’s, roll offs, absconding,
new entrants & attritions.
Maintaining employee’s personal files and records.
Designed Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.
Handling and managing the submissions of investments proofs (LTA , Medical etc.)
• Manage statutory compliance like PF & ESI filling, withdrawal & Transfer.
