Supervise the Recruitment Coordinators and all recruitment related activities (Overseas,
Local and Saudi hiring). Make sure that the Recruitment Department deals with all aspects of
the recruitment process from initial interest in the role until employees undertake their
induction programs. Ensure that the Recruitment data base is up to date and have ready at all
times potential candidates for the volume recruitment by innovating and proactively
managing the recruitment resources for this category and other categories.
2. Responsibilities include:
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development
(including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance,
counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession
planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance
appraisal and quality management issues).
