Supervise the Recruitment Coordinators and all recruitment related activities (Overseas,
Local and Saudi hiring). Make sure that the Recruitment Department deals with all aspects of
the recruitment process from initial interest in the role until employees undertake their
induction programs. Ensure that the Recruitment data base is up to date and have ready at all
times potential candidates for the volume recruitment by innovating and proactively
managing the recruitment resources for this category and other categories.
Responsibilities include:
 Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development
(including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance,
counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession
planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance
appraisal and quality management issues).
 Control the HR Dept. performance and set KPI for HR Dept. and monitor their
progress and report it monthly to the top management.
 Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR
development.
 Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
 Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary
aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR
objectives, purpose and achievements.
 Monitor the saudization program and ensure company adherence to specified
percentages.
 Plan and execute the recruitment processes as needed.
 Develop and maintain updated database for CVs.
 Ensure the new staff gets the required introduction sessions and sufficient training
before they start duty.
 Effectively liaise with recruitment agents to recruit staff as needed.
 Prepare manpower plan.
 Monitor the visas balance.
 Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-
operation with the executive team.
 Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and
distribution, policies etc.
 Develop and Maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations for
better and fast functioning of organization.
 Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job
evaluation and development.
 Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact
with outside resources for training
 Enhance and maintain proper filing system for staff documentation according to clear
and unified standard/procedures.
 Ensure the personnel transactions are done in professional manner.
 Follow-up to Human Resources Development Fund and the financial claims.
