 Oversee the provision of HR services in line with policy guidelines to
ensure employee satisfaction at optimal cost, time and quality.
 Prepare new hire / termination paperwork & Insurance.
 Ensure that all employees’ data are up-to-date and all HR Processes

Job Purpose:
The job purpose of HR Section Head is to assist in the administration of all HR functions,
handling all operational activities related to the salaries processing, implementation of
different HR policies and procedures and assurance of complete employee's filing
system. The responsibility includes managing medical insurance and other benefits
related issues
and labour office relations,
Job Responsibility:
Preparing and generating monthly payroll
 Administer salary increases, promotions, transfer, payroll processing, and other
benefits to ensure correctness, timely processing and compliance with applicable
laws & policies / procedures
 Assuring the monthly payroll processed accurately and on time.
 Execute the payroll process in coordination with the Finance Department.
 Execute the yearly salary settlement compliance with applicable laws.
 Execute the annual budget and follow up the expenditure to analyzing variances.
Effectively assist in Recruiting and Selection:
 Assisting in the recruitment process from building up pool of candidates,
screening, sorting and filtering resumes, and handling the hiring cycle, orientation
procedures, writing offer letter, sending regret letter to the rejected applicants.
 Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using
computer databases, company’s website online application, internet recruiting
resources, recruiting firms, employee referrals and employment fairs.
 Prepare and maintain employment records and compile reports on recruitment.
 Extends job offers and establishes starting salaries.
 Arrange advertising or employment agency services.

Create, manage, and maintain employees records, database and filing system:
 Ensure that all employees’ files & records are updated and complete
 Administer employees’ work attendance and monitor their punctuality.

 Perform the renewal of contracts and preparations of residency visas

 Resolve all the maintenance problems.
