4. Recruitment ( Sourcing and Scheduling the candidates):
• Managing team of 10 members.
• Fully involvement in Recruitment life cycle, managing team, interviewing, and negotiation of
compensation packages with final select candidate.
• Handling end to end staffing and resource activities for Contract requirements.
• Interacting on daily base with Business Development Team and client to get the clarity on
requirements

5. Unit Onboarding process is an extension of the organization level induction that happens for
employees joining the unit (laterals & trainees) and also transfer in to the Unit.
• Will pick up the new joiners (laterals) details from ALCON (weekly twice) and initiate the
engagement process. (Release of “Welcome mail” is the first step). In addition, the Location - HR
anchors will share the list of transfers (if any).
• Will maintain a master tracker and induction tracker of the employees joining and share this with
Onboarding SPOC as and when requested.
• Will schedule induction sessions, which will cover Business and HR overview, for new joiners on
2nd and 4th Thursday/Wednesday or 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month across all locations.
Unit HR SPOC will share the DM Details every quarter.
• Will follow the induction calendar and accordingly schedule a meeting by blocking calendars of
the participants, location HR anchor and the facilitators for the session at least a week in
advance.
• After the session gets completed, Location HR Anchor will share attendance details with me
within 1 day of the session then will update the induction tracker based on the list shared by
Location HR Anchor.
• Will send reminder mails to all new joiners who didn’t attend the session to attend the next
induction session. Each employee will receive 2 follow up mails till s/he attends the session. (In
case the employees do not attend the session post 2 reminders, such cases will be escalated to
the location HR).
• Will send 30 Days connect mail to BPHRs and 60 Days connect mail to Managers for the
employees, who would have completed 30 /60 days in the 5th /9th week of the previous month
w.r.t DOJ and would complete 30 /60 days in the current month, with their location HR’s /
Manager’s in 4th /8th week of every month (w.r.t DOJ) respectively.
• Will pull out the feedback dump from iLearn then will share monthly induction report with
Onboarding SPOC/BU– by 1st week of the month.
6. Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company’s overall development
plan.
7. Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and
coordinating it with other line managers.
8. Co-coordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees.
9. Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and
development of employees.
10. Dealing with the final settlement of employees when they leave.
11. Maintaining good internal communication within the company.
