Recruitment
• Overall co-ordination of manpower planning and recruitment using portal, databases,
newspaper, employee referrals, campus recruitments & recruitment agencies.
• Screening the resumes, testing the applicants, scheduling interviews and conducting initial
interviews.
• Defining Job responsibilities.
• Managing Employee Referral Program.
• Hiring the candidates, preparing Offer Letters & Contracts of Employment and ensuring
that the new starter documentation completes before joining.
• Conducting regular meetings with leads and functional managers for forecast attrition,
thereby taking measures to control the attrition.
• Identifying various triggers of attrition and sharing the feedback with the Head-HR.
Induction
• Conducting induction program & organising all the joining formalities for all the new
joinees.
• Through Buddy program, acting as a mentor or guide for new Joinee and solve all the
queries (non technical) on day to day basis.
Performance Appraisals
• Initiating the Performance appraisal cycle in the organization.
• Collecting data for appraisal process for all departments from various sources.
• Identifying high performing employees and designing a comprehensive career
development template for them, attrition analysis etc.

Compensation & Payroll
