3. Research
• Research allowed me to get some cool ideas to add into my own work
such as the ideas taken from games such as subway surfers and other
games . This let me create a more in depth game for people to enjoy.
• Because we have to work on a limited time scale for projects some
research wasn’t done to it’s maximum potential in that certain areas were
not explored.
4. Planning
• By planning I was able to get a good solid idea in my head about the colour
schemes and other themes such as props and designs I wanted to use in
my game.
• The weaknesses of my planning was that once I had chosen a theme I
stuck with it and didn’t really explore other possible designs and themes.
5. Time Management
• I don’t think I can say I managed my time well with this project because
working from home it feels more rushed and less like im in a working
environment.
• I feel like I could have done better in my work if i8 had more time
definitely but other factors also change the outcome of my work.
6. Technical Qualities
Both games have a
customisable little
character to play as.
Both games have obstacles
and objects to avoid on their
run !
A difference would
be the view you
play from and the
different themes of
the games.
7. Aesthetic Qualities
I believe my work looks okay for a mobile game, the objects on screen are obvious
as to what exactly they are and the theme is somewhat creative and consistent.
I would say the strengths of my work would be the theme and design as it would be
something I might install on my phone personally.
A weakness might be the amount of content actually in the game and how re
playable it is.
Avalanche as
the ‘enemy’ to
help with the
snowy aesthetic
8. Audience Appeal
I have appealed to my target audience by making the game easily available for them
hence why it is a mobile game because it can be played at any time as more people own
phones than they do consoles or computers.
I have also made the game a theme that a lot of people enjoy which is snowy and winter
themed , I also added a snowboard in as a lot of people enjoy the concept of it.

13. Peer Feedback Summary
• What do you agree with from your peer
feedback? That more content could be added
• What do you disagree with from your peer
feedback? Nothing I thought it was all fair.
14. Peer Feedback Summary
I would make the scene more customisable such as having different coloured
outfits and snowboards also maybe even a change of scene when the
character collects enough points such as it transferring from snowy too a
jungle or desert environment which gives the players something to work
towards.
