• Manusia secara alami adalah makhluk sosial -
yang menginginkan persahabatan, hubungan dan
interaksi positif satu sama lain.
• Di tempat kerja kita cendrung memiliki sahabat
yang terlibat dalam pekerjaan.
• Oang-orang yang punya teman baik di tempat
kerja lebih cenderung merasa lebih puas. Sangat
wajar bahwa semakin baik hubungan kita di
tempat kerja, maka kita akan lebih bahagia dan
lebih produktif. (Gallup)

What Are Important Trust Principles?
In their book Trust Is Everything (by: Aneil and Karen Mishra)
define the ROCC of trust:
Reliable, Open, Competent, and Compassionate
• Reliability – doing what you say you’re going to do
(easiest place to start)
• Open – not lying to another person (being honest is
another easy entry point)
• Competence – a person’s ability or skill level to perform
a certain task (setting clear expectations)
• Compassion – requires empathy (passion about
someone’s needs and concerns)

• Some interactions require trust and expertise
• Trust--the degree to which you can believe what
someone else says.
• Trust levels. Trust begins with the individual. It is
not until you can trust yourself that you can begin
to trust others, and encourage acceptance and
support. Trust has to be earned.
» Trust exists whenever you choose to let yourself be
dependent on another person whose future behavior can
affect your well-being.
» Relationships do not grow until people trust one
another.
» When trust is lost, the damage can be temporary or
permanent.
• Berbagai interaksi membutuhkan kepercayaan dan
keahlian
• Trust: sejauh mana Anda bisa mempercayai apa yang
orang lain katakan.
• Kepercayaan dimulai dari individu. Percayai dulu diri
Anda, lalu mulai la mempercayai orang lain, dan

 Kepercayaan terjadi ketika Anda memilih untuk membiarkan

The Need for Good Relationships • Manusia secara alami adalah makhluk sosial - yang menginginkan persahabatan, hubungan dan interaksi positif satu sama lain. • Di tempat kerja kita cendrung memiliki sahabat yang terlibat dalam pekerjaan. • Oang-orang yang punya teman baik di tempat kerja lebih cenderung merasa lebih puas. Sangat wajar bahwa semakin baik hubungan kita di tempat kerja, maka kita akan lebih bahagia dan lebih produktif. (Gallup)

The Need for ….. • Hubungan yang baik juga sering kali diperlukan dalam hal pengembangan karier • Secara keseluruhan, kita semua ingin bekerja dengan orang-orang yang memiliki hubungan baik dengan kita. • Untuk kesuksesan, Penting bagi kita untuk membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan orang-orang di lingkungan kerja kita, termasuk juga dengan : Customers, suppliers, dan stakeholders.

  • 15. Relationship & Trust • Some interactions require trust and expertise • Trust--the degree to which you can believe what someone else says. • Trust levels. Trust begins with the individual. It is not until you can trust yourself that you can begin to trust others, and encourage acceptance and support. Trust has to be earned. » Trust exists whenever you choose to let yourself be dependent on another person whose future behavior can affect your well-being. » Relationships do not grow until people trust one another. » When trust is lost, the damage can be temporary or permanent. • Berbagai interaksi membutuhkan kepercayaan dan keahlian • Trust: sejauh mana Anda bisa mempercayai apa yang orang lain katakan. • Kepercayaan dimulai dari individu.
