Meaningful. Tema pelatihan yang seringkali beliau bawakan seputar Personality
Improvement, Career Development, Service Excellent, Leadership, Presentation Skill
and Public Speaking. Beliau juga telah mendapatkan Certified Corporate Trainer dari
BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi) Republik Indonesia in Training Methodology
dan Certified Facilitator MarkPlus Institute Jakarta. Beliau juga memiliki kompetensi
yang di akui oleh BNSP di 3 bidang pemasaran (marketing) yaitu Certified Competence
BNSP in Brand Operation, Service Operation and Sales Operation. Makhmud telah
menyelesaikan Pendidikan jenjang sarjana dan jenjang magister Manajemen
Pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Semarang.
Berpengalaman sebagai trainer professional membawanya dipercaya di lebih dari 500
kesempatan baik Training, Seminar Nasional, Workshop, Studium General maupun
Talkshow di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai trainer tidak

• Agenda training Offline dilaksanakan fullday selama 1 Hari,
terdiri atas 4 sesi materi training dengan durasi waktu Pukul
08:00 – 17:00
• Agenda training juga bisa dilaksanakan secara Online melalui
Zoom Meeting .
• Agenda training offline (tatap muka) dengan tetap berkomitmen
pada standar protokol kesehatan COVID19 diantaranya: Peserta
dibatasi maksimal 50 orang untuk setiap angkatan, Setiap
peserta WAJIB menggunakan Masker, Tempat duduk peserta
diberikan jarak dan selama kegiatan berlangsung meminimalisir
aktivitas kontak fisik secara langsung.
• Lokasi training dan perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan selama
kegiatan disiapkan oleh pihak pengundang.
