CAREER RECORD
Currently working with Sterling & Wilson Ltd. as a HR OFFICER for site at Ford India Pvt.
Ltd.- Sanad sinch Jan.14 where in my role is to handle all the attendance of workers and
employees through a software called cosec.
Responsibility:-
• Handling Statutory Audit & legal compliance.
• I look after site HR audits and is responsible to clear the monthly audits.
• PF/ ESIC and other HR related important paper work is done.
• I generate the attendance reports and submit to the concerned person for payroll
processing.
• I look after Manpower Requisition Form & Approval process from Senior Management.
• Advance check list for New Joinee on completion of process & document submission.
• Convey to the participants for training details through group email or by phone.
• Training Feedback of Employees is collected & Review by HOD.
• Taking Care of Employee Engagement activities like Indoor Games as well as outdoor
games like cricket, badminton, arrangement of picnic programme, celebration of
employees birthday.
• I also handle the guest house related administration like guest house expense
calculations, managing the stay at guest house, Housekeeping, Security, Electricity,
and Maintenance.
• All Staffs Site Allowances Invoice prepared and submitted to Project Manager.
2. • Contractor Manpower attendance sheet preparations and submitted to Project
Manager & General Manager.
• I assist the staff for any salary or other grievances.
• Administering Exit paper work including all statutory requirements.
