IW form for expat employee. Verify PF Withdrawals, Transfer, Loan, Pension, Death
claims & handling day to day PF queries,
 Generated UAN no of new joiners & matched old UAN with current PF Numbers.
 Co-ordinate with PF Department (Do regular follow up with the PF office,
sometimes visit their office and sit with the concern person to resolve our
organization PF issues.
 Deposited of LWF Contribution quarterlyhalf yearly & annual basis & Filling of
Labour Welfare Return on time.
 Prepare the register/documents for Inspection/Audit as & when requires. Prepare the
challan/documents and deposit LWF quarterly payment in Labour Welfare.
 Liaising for registration of shop & Establishment fresh & renewal certificates,
Principal, Labour License for all India level follow up with Labour Welfare Offices &
Co-ordinate with them (Sometimes visit their office and sit with the concern person to
get the Certificates.
 Doing quarterly statutory compliance audit with help of statutory consultant for all
manpower vendors & prepared the audit finding reports in excel sheet & showing to
management for final action on non-compliances.
 Maintain file & records
 Maintain the files & records as a when required for Inspection & audit.

 Follow-up LIC office for gratuity annual renewal & timely payment for exit cases
 Calculate the Gratuity on exit employee on monthly basis & send to LIC Office

 Group Corporate Insurance Policy
 Compile the GMC, GPA & GTL data on annually & monthly basis coordinate to
Insurance Company for quotation & prepared one pager communicator for all the
Insurance Policy Issuing the mediclaim cards of the new joiners
 Co-ordination & doing regular health checkup camps on regular basis all India level &
sending health tip of the day on daily basis
 Co-ordination annual health checkup for Top Management team to Insurance Company,
Hospital & TPA
 Maintain the records.
 Preparation of MIS
 Guide & process the GPA, GTL accident & death claims from Insurance Company
 Compensation & Benefits
 Monthly Payroll processing for all employees in Payroll Insights software – RAMCO
 Payroll processing for all employees in payroll insights software.
