1. Technology Philosophy<br />It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.<br />-- Albert Einstein<br />The best way to improve teaching and learning is to apply technology. To improve teaching and learning teachers should have basic knowledge of available technologies that support and enhance learning. As an educator I plan instruction for suitable educational opportunities that utilize technology improved instructional approaches to strengthen the different types of learners. When preparing classroom experiences I employ up-to-date information on teaching and learning using technology. I look for an examine sources that are acceptable and have a good standing. I plan out activities that utilize technology and are relevant to the basis of the lessons. I prepare technology enhanced classroom approaches to direct students learning. Technology aids in the planning and design of a successful educational setting. <br />For students to be active participants in this digital environment students must learn how to be creative and useful. To insure that students obtain the skills needed it is my responsibility to demonstrate to learners how to use technology or how to create technology based products. I will demonstrate to learners how to use technology to develop original thinking, build understanding, and create original products. To support individual learning and contribute to the learning of others I must provide learners with the chance to use digital media and atmosphere to connect and work collective, as well as distance learning. Students will learn how to transmit digital devices to group, assess and use information. To facilitate the learners’ ability to use suitable digital equipment and sources I will engage students’ decisive thinking skills to organize and carry out investigations, administer tasks, answer problems, and make knowledgeable conclusions. I will provide students with an understanding of how technology is linked to individual, cultural, and public issues and teach them how to follow lawful and ethical conduct when using technology. I will show to my students a whole perception of technology thought, method, and procedure. No learner should leave the classroom without some knowledge of ingenuity, originality, interaction, cooperation, research ability, decisive thinking, problem solving, decision making, digital rights and responsibilities, technology procedures and thought beliefs.<br />Teaching technology to students is not just about how to use it, but is also about how to be aware of the public, moral, legal, and individual issues when using technology. I must impart into my learners how to use technology safely, legally, and ethically. For learners to be able to be aware of these issues I must represent and teach morals associated with its use. I must apply technology sources to allow and facilitate learners with varied experiences, individuality, and skills. To encourage diversity I must discover and use technology that supports their learning styles. I will require learners to use technology in a beneficial and secure way. It is my responsibility to assist reasonable access to technology for all learners. As an educator it is my duty to utilize and recognize the public, moral, legal, and individual issues and place them into practice.<br />The use of technology in the classroom is a collaboration of program planning that incorporates schemes and designs. I am the facilitator of how to use technology in a school setting. The technology that is used should improve the experience of the learner and address subject matter and student measures when using technology. The use of technology in the classroom should sustain a student-centered approach and adopt the varied requirements of those learners. Technology should be used to expand the learners’ capacity to use higher organizational competence and originality. The technology classroom should have a set of educational activities that enrich the learners’ environment. To get the most out of student knowledge I must apply a core curriculum strategy that includes schemes and designs for applying technology.<br />As an educator it is my responsibility to develop my competence and professional abilities. To accomplish this I must be a lifelong learner and use technology as a source to take in professional growth. To ensure the use of technology for learners I must frequently assess and think on professional observation to construct knowledgeable determinations. To enhance my effectiveness I must utilize the technology that I have learned. To foster learners I must use technology to correspond and work together with colleagues, care givers, and the public. I must use technology to develop my competence and professional abilities. <br />A solid comprehension of technology must be displayed as an educator. I must exhibit basic knowledge, proficiency, and comprehension of models related to technology. I must exhibit constant development and proficiency and stay up to date on up-and-coming technologies. This will allow me to have a solid comprehension of the processes and theories related to technology.<br />
